Rides Maintenance Notice: The Giddy Piggy Ride is closed for repair and also Lollipoppet castle is closed for refurbishment
We are open every day from February half term, right through until Christmas Eve. We do close for a few weeks between Halloween and Christmas (4th-15th November 2024). There are also events throughout the year to make your day extra special too and these are all shown in the calendar below.

All bookings and amendments with the exception of group bookings made over the phone will be charged a £5.00 admin fee for each occurrence.
• Tickets will not be posted. Simply collect your tickets with your ID number on arrival.
* All Children under 90cm will have their height measured on arrival.

*** Wheelchair Users purchasing a FREE ticket must bring their own wheelchair. If you require one of Sundown’s wheelchairs for the day, you must pay the full ticket amount.

PLEASE NOTE: All green calendar dates over the Christmas period does not include the meet and Greet with Honey and Sunny The additional outlets will be closed and hot food will only be served in Crash Landings. The park opening times are from 10am until 4pm. The ticket price does include a visit to see Santa and ride the Night before Christmas ride but other rides on the park will be alternating throughout the day.
